What is it, and what comes in the box?
Enchanted Wall is a plug-in LED scene that lights up a storybook picture right on your wall. Choose your favorite scene at the top of the page. Each box includes the LED scene, a damage-free mounting kit and a power cord, so you have everything you need.

Our first production round is almost complete. Pre-ordering reserves your Enchanted Wall from that first batch, and we'll ship it as soon as it's finished. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships. Questions about your pre-order? Contact us anytime.
How do I hang it? Will it damage my walls?
No tools needed. Pick a smooth, clean, dry indoor wall near an outlet, attach the included mounting kit as shown in the instructions, hang it and plug it in. It takes about five minutes.
There are no nails or holes, and it's designed to come off cleanly, so it's renter-friendly and easy to move later. Heavily textured walls like brick or stucco aren't ideal. Tip: cord clips from any hardware store keep the cable tidy.
How do the lights work?
Just plug it into a regular wall outlet and it turns on. There are no batteries, buttons or settings to fiddle with. To turn it off, simply unplug it. It makes a lovely nightlight, and LEDs use very little power and stay much cooler than regular bulbs. To clean, unplug it and wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
Is it safe for a kid's room?
Yes, it's made for indoor home use. Like any plug-in product, hang it out of reach of little ones and keep the cord tidy. It's a decoration, not a toy, and it should stay in dry rooms, so no bathrooms or outdoor use.
How much is shipping, and when will it arrive?
Standard shipping is free on every order in the US, and express is available at checkout. We currently ship within the US only. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and you can check it anytime under My orders. Sending a gift? Just enter their address at checkout.
What if something isn't right?
Every order has a 30-day happiness guarantee. If it arrives damaged, doesn't work or just isn't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
